Kabira Khada Baazar Mein, Sabki Mange Khair –
Kabir Das Ji says, “I am standing in the market, asking for everyone’s well-being. May everyone become one Allah. Everyone is mine; I am everyone, so let everyone become one with that energy.”
People come and bring their problems and complain about others and their lives. Kabir Das Ji says, “My hands are in the air. Na Kahu Se Dosti, Na Kahu Se Bair. I don’t have any friends or enemies.”
I have learned a big lesson from Kabir Das Ji; this is the best Doha for me to practice. No one is my friend or enemy.

A lady said, “Today I learned that I try to see myself as a soul, and I have to try to see the same soul in everyone, whether it be living or non-living. When I start seeing the same soul in everyone, I will neither have enemies nor friends. The love I wish to have for my soul is the same love I wish to see in others.” Teacher said, “Today is the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya. It will happen.”
A lady said, “When we make friends in the outside world, suffering will come, so make God your friend.” Teacher said, “You’re a mother, a wife, and a daughter-in-law, and all these relationships come with a set of responsibilities. You should fulfill all the responsibilities by surrendering to God and bringing the thought that ‘I am a doer’. Whatever happens with your child’s future, your faith should not shake. Always think I have given the responsibility of my child to you, God, and you will do the best for him or her. When ‘I’ comes, the attachment to family pulls you away from God, and a distance is created between you and God. That’s why I say to surrender yourself and all your relationships. Whenever you pray to God, always surrender yourself and all your relationships. Say to God, ‘I am a limited body, but you are infinite energy. The reality is only you, so please protect them and take care of them.’ Through me, God will say everything good will happen, but that doesn’t mean someone who is about to die will not die. Good means your mind starts focusing on the soul within. Some will die, and some will live. Whatever is supposed to happen will happen, but in that moment, your mind should be focused on the soul. It means that in every moment, you are content with God’s will. When you are content with God’s will, you are in bliss, and when you disagree, you suffer. The next month is Kurbani, and what is Kurbani God asking from you here? God is asking Kurban about your I and ego. Once you give that ‘I’, nothing is left. Differences of opinion will come, but inside, God should only reside. We will open our minds to all the differences and let God out of our minds, and that is the reason for our suffering. Do not let the world overpower you. Let go of the past and forgive yourself and others.”
A boy said, “God never thought I would not help this person because he didn’t remember me in his good times. God loves us unconditionally. Whenever we realize our mistake, we should get back to God. We should also do the same thing to others.”
A boy asked a question,
He said, “You have told us before that if we do not bring our ‘I’ while studying and taking exams, then the result of the exam will be good. I did the same thing, but my result was not good. Why is it so? I got fourth rank and not first.” Teacher said, “The children whose rank is higher than you might have felt God’s presence more than you while studying. Coming first doesn’t make any difference. It is your wish to come first. As soon as you have a wish and it is not fulfilled, you start feeling bad. You start thinking God is not with me. Surrendering is letting go of all your wishes and being content with God’s will. If I fail an exam, I still love you the same, and that should be the case irrespective of any situation. It should be the case that if you come first, then only you will love God. The children whose rank is lower than yours don’t you believe God loves them. Our desires make us suffer. The desire to come first is wrong. When you surrender this desire to God, you will be happy, irrespective of what rank you get. No complaints. When you got the medal, you didn’t complain, but now you are complaining about fewer marks. You should be balanced in both situations.”

सबकी मांगे खैर
न कहू से दोस्ती,
ना काहू से बैर
कबीरा खड़ा बाजार में, सबकी मांगे खैर –
कबीर दास जी कहते हैं, “मैं बाजार में खड़ा हूं, सबका हालचाल मांग रहा हूं। सब एक अल्लाह बन जाएं। सब मेरे हैं; मैं हर कोई हूं, इसलिए सभी को उस ऊर्जा के साथ एक होने दें।
लोग आते हैं और अपनी समस्याएं लाते हैं और दूसरों और उनके जीवन के बारे में शिकायत करते हैं। कबीर दास जी कहते हैं कि मेरे हाथ हवा में हैं। ना कहू से दोस्ती, ना कहू से बैर। मेरा कोई दोस्त या दुश्मन नहीं है।
मैंने कबीर दास जी से एक बड़ा सबक सीखा है; यह मेरे लिए अभ्यास करने के लिए सबसे अच्छा दोहा है। कोई भी मेरा दोस्त या दुश्मन नहीं है।
प्रतिपुष्टि–
एक महिला ने कहा, “आज मैंने सीखा कि मैं खुद को एक आत्मा के रूप में देखने की कोशिश करती हूं, और मुझे हर किसी में एक ही आत्मा को देखने की कोशिश करनी है, चाहे वह जीवित हो या निर्जीव। जब मैं सभी में एक ही आत्मा को देखना शुरू कर दूंगा, तो मेरे न तो दुश्मन होंगे और न ही दोस्त। जो प्यार मैं अपनी आत्मा के लिए रखना चाहता हूं वही प्यार मैं दूसरों में देखना चाहता हूं। शिक्षक ने कहा, “आज अक्षय तृतीया का शुभ दिन है। यह होगा।
एक महिला ने कहा, “जब हम बाहरी दुनिया में दोस्त बनाते हैं, तो दुख आएगा, इसलिए भगवान को अपना दोस्त बनाएं। शिक्षक ने कहा, “आप एक माँ, एक पत्नी और एक बहू हैं, और ये सभी रिश्ते जिम्मेदारियों के एक सेट के साथ आते हैं। आपको भगवान को समर्पित करके और यह विचार लाकर सभी जिम्मेदारियों को पूरा करना चाहिए कि ‘मैं एक कर्ता हूं’। आपके बच्चे के भविष्य के साथ जो कुछ भी होता है, आपका विश्वास नहीं हिलना चाहिए। हमेशा सोचो कि मैंने अपने बच्चे की ज़िम्मेदारी आपको दे दी है, भगवान, और आप उसके लिए सबसे अच्छा करेंगे। जब ‘मैं’ आता है, तो परिवार के प्रति लगाव तुम्हें परमात्मा से दूर खींच लेता है, और तुम्हारे और परमात्मा के बीच एक दूरी पैदा हो जाती है। इसलिए मैं कहता हूं कि अपने आप को और अपने सभी रिश्तों को आत्मसमर्पण कर दो। जब भी आप भगवान से प्रार्थना करते हैं, तो हमेशा अपने आप को और अपने सभी रिश्तों को आत्मसमर्पण करें। भगवान से कहो, ‘मैं एक सीमित शरीर हूं, लेकिन आप अनंत ऊर्जा हैं। वास्तविकता केवल आप हैं, इसलिए कृपया उनकी रक्षा करें और उनका ख्याल रखें। मेरे माध्यम से, भगवान कहेंगे कि सब कुछ अच्छा होगा, लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि जो मरने वाला है वह नहीं मरेगा। अच्छे का मतलब है कि आपका मन भीतर की आत्मा पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना शुरू कर देता है। कुछ मर जाएंगे, और कुछ जीवित रहेंगे। जो होना है वह घटित होगा, लेकिन उस क्षण में तुम्हारा मन आत्मा पर केंद्रित होना चाहिए। इसका अर्थ है कि हर क्षण में तुम परमेश्वर की इच्छा से संतुष्ट हो। जब आप परमेश्वर की इच्छा से संतुष्ट होते हैं, तो आप आनंद में होते हैं, और जब आप असहमत होते हैं, तो आप पीड़ित होते हैं। अगले महीने कुर्बानी है, और कुर्बानी भगवान आपसे क्या मांग रहे हैं? भगवान कुर्बान से तुम्हारे मैं और अहंकार के बारे में पूछ रहे हैं। एक बार जब आप उस ‘मैं’ को दे देते हैं, तो कुछ भी नहीं बचता है। मतभेद आएंगे, लेकिन अंदर से भगवान को ही निवास करना चाहिए। हम अपने दिमाग को सभी मतभेदों के लिए खोलेंगे और भगवान को हमारे दिमाग से बाहर निकाल देंगे, और यही हमारी पीड़ा का कारण है। दुनिया को आप पर हावी न होने दें। अतीत को जाने दें और खुद को और दूसरों को माफ कर दें।
एक लड़के ने कहा, “भगवान ने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि मैं इस व्यक्ति की मदद नहीं करूंगा क्योंकि उसने मुझे अपने अच्छे समय में याद नहीं किया। परमेश्वर हमें बिना शर्त प्यार करता है। जब भी हमें अपनी गलती का एहसास हो, हमें भगवान के पास वापस जाना चाहिए। हमें भी दूसरों के साथ ऐसा ही करना चाहिए।
एक लड़के ने एक सवाल पूछा,
उन्होंने कहा, “आपने हमें पहले भी बताया है कि अगर हम पढ़ाई करते समय और परीक्षा देते समय अपना ‘मैं’ नहीं लाते हैं, तो परीक्षा का परिणाम अच्छा होगा। मैंने वही किया, लेकिन मेरा परिणाम अच्छा नहीं था। ऐसा क्यों है? मुझे चौथी रैंक मिली और पहली नहीं। शिक्षक ने कहा, “जिन बच्चों का रैंक आपसे ऊंचा होता है, उन्हें पढ़ाई करते समय आपसे ज्यादा भगवान की उपस्थिति महसूस होती होगी। पहले आने से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। आपकी इच्छा है कि आप पहले आएं। जैसे ही आपकी कोई इच्छा होती है और वह पूरी नहीं होती है, तो आपको बुरा लगने लगता है। तुम सोचने लगते हो कि ईश्वर मेरे साथ नहीं है। समर्पण का अर्थ है अपनी सभी इच्छाओं को छोड़ देना और ईश्वर की इच्छा से संतुष्ट रहना। अगर मैं किसी परीक्षा में असफल हो जाता हूं, तो भी मैं आपसे उतना ही प्यार करता हूं, और किसी भी स्थिति के बावजूद ऐसा ही होना चाहिए। ऐसा होना चाहिए कि यदि तुम पहले आओगे, तभी तुम परमेश्वर से प्रेम करोगे। जिन बच्चों की रैंक आपसे कम है, क्या आप विश्वास नहीं करते कि भगवान उन्हें प्यार करते हैं। हमारी इच्छाएं हमें पीड़ित करती हैं। पहले आने की इच्छा गलत है। जब आप इस इच्छा को ईश्वर को समर्पित कर देंगे, तो आप खुश होंगे, चाहे आपको कोई भी रैंक मिले। कोई शिकायत नहीं। जब आपको पदक मिला तो आपने शिकायत नहीं की लेकिन अब आप कम अंक की शिकायत कर रहे हैं। आपको दोनों स्थितियों में संतुलित होना चाहिए।
