Divergent Solutions By One

People used to visit Thakur Ji (Swami Ramakrishna Paramhansa Ji) in Dakshineshwar. They had to row from Calcutta to Dakshineshwar via a boat or a ferry. One day, few of His disciples were on the boat along with some other citizens. The mild gossips during the ride took a swift turn, and the other people began criticizing Thakur Ji. One of His disciples had a fit of wrath. He began revolting against the words, and his physical attempts made the boat to dwindle heavily. After several requests by his colleagues, he calmed down. As he entered the temple garden, Thakur Ji lashed at him, with the words, said that he should not have moved by the futile words of the foreigners. He realized his mistake, and took a vow not to repeat it. Next day, two other disciples were on their way to Dakshineshwar, on a ferry. Similar set of citizens clashed with them as well, and they began enunciating bad words for Thakur Ji. They signaled their mental status, mutually, and swallowed the event as it was. As they entered the temple garden, Thakur Ji lashed at them for their meekness. He told that they couldn’t speak up amidst the waves of unrighteous acts. The two were puzzled, as they correlated the event with the previous experience of their colleague, who was scolded for his aggression. Thakur Ji justified that every word of the Guru is different for every individual. No one can copy or imitate others. Every one have their set of sanchit and praarabdha.

If we remember Him always, we will never be forced to face the embarrassment of our kins or the Guru. Every thing should be depended on the Will.
