Destroy the Destroyer

As human beings we all go through shattering situations in our lives. Each of us is divergent and will respond to the situations differently when exposed to environmental, social or psychological triggers. The more you crave and achieve the material things the more chance is there to lose everything. When people programmed themselves for happy in their lives only by success through money, fame and status and not able to handle themselves for failure leads to depression and make them to be self-destructive. Depression is not same as the passing cloud. The long lasting in this mood really destroys energy physically, mentally and emotionally in extreme conditions, These breaking points may steer into life threatening situations.

The best way to destroy this destroyer we should not be programmed ourselves only to work for aiming at success but also train how to handle failures. The practical skills of tried and tested by ourselves gives us experiences and lessons will be learnt only through own experiments and hardships. Unfortunately, in this moment “Mental illness pandemic” is swelling across the globe and destroying physical, emotional and psychological well being. The confidence to face this destroyer should be inculcated into the mind,from childhood through open and friendly discussions .This prepares us to understand that challenges comes to teach lessons and helps us empower and in self transformation. It is so important to learn to work and improve ourselves rather than getting influenced by outside negativity. It is very important to know that money and success helps us to live but living only for money and success will not help us survive during crisis situation. One should learn to find and pursue their passion in life in addition to their educational degrees but at the same time declutter the Mind with “internal dialogue.” This internal dialogue will happen when we incorporate spirituality into our daily life. Now comes the question, what is spirituality? There is misconception in the society that spirituality means just Devotion to God. But in true sense spirituality means following the virtues, values, morals and ethics and overcoming weakness. When a person follows these qualities he becomes strong and fearless internally and his self esteem improves.

The Self Esteem, is one of secret weapon to destroy the depression . This confidence in self worth helps to create good and positive thoughts irrespective of what life throws at you.

As social beings, Its not easy to keep mind stable at all times. The practice of this knowledge comes when we imbibe the spiritual knowledge in our lives through Meditation. This helps us keep ourself calm, secure and builds inner power. When inner power is strong we take action with security but not with fear. There is no age limit to introduce meditation. Basically, it is conversation with the God. From childhood, this conversation can be encouraged in the children with little things like Thanking God for what they have, inspiring them to do the divine related activities and making them accountable to God for their actions. Such upbringing gives confidence to be strong, gentle, confident, humble, adventurous and careful.

Remember always, YOUR LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS.YOU BECOME WHAT YOU CREATE OF YOURSELF.ALL POWER IS WITHIN YOU.
