Hymn of Glories- Part 34

  1. Rama had to start their journey back to Ayodhya.
  2. Ravana had captured the mystical flying machine, Pushpaka Vimana, from Indra Deva. Vibhishana offered the machine to Rama as a gift of gratitude. Rama accepted the present with an open heart.
  3. Rama led Mother Sita into the flying machine in the first go. Then he boarded the flight. Soon, Lakshmana and the entire monkey army boarded. Vibhishana offered greetings to all and, the flight rose in the air.
  4. Rama instructed the flying machine to fly to Ayodhya through thoughts. The flying machine didn’t need any buttons or wheels to receive instruction; thoughts could regulate it.
  5. Rama showed Mother the places of magnanimous incidents, the battlefield, Valmiki AshramaChitrakoot, Panchvati, and the rest. Soon, the flying machine landed at the borders of the city of Ayodhya. Even bees were aware of Rama’s arrival. All the people of Ayodhya rejoiced. They lit lamps on the trails to the palace.
  6. Lakshmana deboarded the flight and opened the doors to let Mother come. Then, Rama appeared. Even the monkey army came out. Rama, Mother and, Lakshmana walked to the palace gates. There was no cry of an infant since fourteen years as all the dwellers of Ayodhya took the vow of celibacy for fourteen years.
  7. Firstly, Rama, Mother and, Lakshmana went to Mother Kaikeyi. Rama began crying seeing Mother. They embraced each other and, Mother said she could lead thousands of lives for Rama, under the title of shame. Then, Rama, Mother, and Lakshmana bowed before Mother Kaushalya and Mother Sumitra. Even Bharata and Shatrughna came. They bowed before Rama, Mother, and Lakshmana. Guru Vashishtha blessed all. Hanumana Ji smiled.
  8. All the gods of the heavens were happy after Rama liberated them from the clutches of Ravana. They rejoiced and, flowers rained gently across the city of Ayodhya.
  9. At that moment, Rama Rajya unfurled in Ayodhya, Kishkindha, and even in Lanka.
  10. The vow of Brahmacharya for fourteen years synthesizes yogi. Humbleness at its utmost peak overflowed in the entire set of events. Ego was absent in all dramatists of the divine play.
  11. People consider Mother Kaikeyi as the main culprit behind the exile. But, she was the most loving mother who sacrificed her virtues to let Rama bloom as tapswi Rama, not King Rama. We revere Rama as a hermit dweller, not as a king loaded with royal robes.
