Once upon a time, a saint walked to the beat of his drum. The saint got entangled in a thorny bush. As he got entangled, he didn’t move from there. Other saints walking with him lent their hands for help, but the saint refused the help.
The saint asked, “Did you guys entangle me?” They replied, “No.” The saint replied, “Then the one who has entangled me will detangle from this problem.” The other saint attempted to persuade him, but he refused. He stood entangled in that thorny bush for so many days without eating or drinking anything.
Next to Vishnu Ji Laxmi Ji is sitting and giving food to Vishnu Ji. Vishnu JI has been eating continuously for six to seven hours but still cannot stop eating. When Laxmi Ji saw this, she became concerned. Laxmi Ji called Narad Ji.
Narad Ji listened to her call and he came to meet Laxmi Maa and asked, “What is the problem, Maa?” Laxmi Maa said, “See, something has happened to Vishnu Ji.” He has been eating for so long but is still unable to stop eating.”Narad Ji asked Vishnu Ji, “Prabhu, what is the issue?” Vishnu Ji replied, “I don’t know why I am still feeling hungry.” Narad Ji said, “I will find out why.”
Narad Ji came to earth looking for the reason. He reached Vrindavan and saw one saint stuck in the thorny bush, and he has not eaten anything for weeks.
Narad Ji said, “Baba, let me help you to come out of this thorny bush.” The saint replied, “Have you entangled me in this bush?” Narad Ji said, “No.” The saint replied, “Then the one who has entangled me will detangle from this problem.”
Narad Ji went to Vishnu Ji and told him about what the saint was saying. Vishnu himself went to see that saint, and as the saint was stuck in Vrindavan, Vishnu Ji had to take the form of Lord Krishna.
Vishnu Ji as Lord Krishna went there and started to detangle the saint. The saint said, “Stop, stop.” “Are you the one who entangled me?” The Lord replied, “Yes, I am Lord Krishna, and I have entangled you.” The saint said, “No, give me proof that you are Lord Krishna.” Krishna Ji started thinking about what he should do. He asked the saint, “How should I prove to you that I am Krishna?” The saint replied, “Unless Radha Rani comes and tells me that you are Krishna, I will not agree with you.” Krishna Ji called Radha Rani Ji.
Radha Ji came, and with a smile on her face, she replied, “Baba, he is Krishna.” Then the saint agreed, and Krishna Ji detangled him from that thorny bush.
Then Krishna Ji asked the saint, “Baba, you already knew that I am Krishna; why did you ask for the proof?” The saint replied, “If I had agreed that you are Krishna, then how would I have gotten the darshan of Radha Rani?”
The teacher explained, “See, this is how a bhakta loves his God. When faith is there, God can appear in form in front of Nothing is impossible for God. The one who has become entangled will detangle from this problem. Similarly, you also leave it to God; he will detangle you.”
धैर्य के साथ विश्वास
एक बार की बात है एक संत अपने ही ढोल की थाप पर चल रहे थे। संत एक कंटीली झाड़ी में फंस गए। जैसे-जैसे वह उलझता गया, वह वहाँ से नहीं हिला। उनके साथ चल रहे अन्य संतों ने मदद के लिए हाथ बढ़ाया, लेकिन संत ने मदद से इनकार कर दिया।
संत ने पूछा, “क्या तुम लोगों ने मुझे फंसाया?” उन्होंने उत्तर दिया, “नहीं।” संत ने उत्तर दिया, “फिर जिसने मुझे फंसाया है, वही इस समस्या से छूटेगा।” दूसरे संत ने उसे मनाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन वह नहीं माना। वह कई दिनों तक बिना कुछ खाए-पिए उस कंटीली झाड़ी में उलझा रहा।
विष्णु जी के बगल में लक्ष्मी जी विराजमान हैं और विष्णु जी को भोजन करा रही हैं। विष्णु जी छह-सात घंटे से लगातार भोजन कर रहे हैं फिर भी खाना बंद नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। जब लक्ष्मी जी ने यह देखा तो वे चिंतित हो गईं। लक्ष्मी जी ने नारद जी को पुकारा।
नारद जी ने उसकी पुकार सुनी और वे लक्ष्मी माँ से मिलने आए और पूछा, “क्या समस्या है माँ?” लक्ष्मी माँ ने कहा, “देखो, विष्णु जी को कुछ हो गया है।” इतनी देर से खा रहा है फिर भी खाना बंद नहीं हो रहा है।” नारद जी ने विष्णु जी से पूछा, “प्रभु, क्या बात है?” विष्णु जी ने उत्तर दिया, “मुझे नहीं पता कि मुझे अब तक भूख क्यों लग रही है। नारद जी ने कहा, “मैं जाकर इसका कारण पता करूँगा।”
नारद जी कारण ढूंढ़ते हुए पृथ्वी पर आए। वह वृंदावन पहुंचे और उन्होंने देखा कि एक संत कंटीली झाड़ी में फंसे हुए हैं, और उन्होंने हफ्तों से कुछ नहीं खाया है।
नारद जी ने कहा, “बाबा, इस कंटीली झाड़ी से निकलने में मैं आपकी मदद करता हूँ।” संत ने उत्तर दिया, “क्या तुमने मुझे इस झाड़ी में फँसाया है?” नारद जी ने कहा, “नहीं।” संत ने उत्तर दिया, “फिर जिसने मुझे फंसाया है, वही इस समस्या से छूटेगा।”
नारद जी विष्णु जी के पास गए और उन्हें बताया कि संत क्या कह रहे हैं। विष्णु जी स्वयं उस संत को देखने गए, और संत वृंदावन में फंसे होने के कारण, विष्णु जी को भगवान कृष्ण का रूप धारण करना पड़ा।
भगवान कृष्ण के रूप में विष्णु जी वहां गए और साधु को वश में करने लगे। संत ने कहा, “रुको, रुको।” “क्या तुम वही हो जिसने मुझे उलझाया?” भगवान ने उत्तर दिया, “हाँ, मैं भगवान कृष्ण हूँ, और मैंने तुम्हें उलझा लिया है।” संत ने कहा, “नहीं, मुझे सबूत दो कि तुम भगवान कृष्ण हो।” कृष्ण जी सोचने लगे कि उन्हें क्या करना चाहिए। उन्होंने संत से पूछा, “मैं आपको कैसे साबित करूं कि मैं कृष्ण हूं?” संत ने उत्तर दिया, “जब तक राधा रानी आकर मुझसे नहीं कहतीं कि तुम कृष्ण हो, मैं तुम्हारी बात नहीं मानूंगा।” कृष्ण जी ने राधा रानी जी को बुलाया।
राधा जी आईं, और चेहरे पर मुस्कान के साथ उन्होंने जवाब दिया, “बाबा, ये कृष्ण हैं।” तब संत मान गए और कृष्ण जी ने उन्हें उस कंटीली झाड़ी से अलग कर दिया।
तब कृष्ण जी ने संत से पूछा, “बाबा, आप तो जानते ही थे कि मैं कृष्ण हूँ, आपने प्रमाण क्यों माँगा?” संत ने उत्तर दिया, “यदि मैं मान लेता कि आप कृष्ण हैं, तो मुझे राधा रानी के दर्शन कैसे होते?”
गुरु ने समझाया, “देखो, एक भक्त अपने भगवान को ऐसे ही प्यार करता है। जब विश्वास होता है, तो भगवान सामने प्रकट हो सकते हैं, भगवान के लिए कुछ भी असंभव नहीं है। जो उलझ गया है वह इस समस्या से छूट जाएगा। इसी तरह आप भी इसे भगवान पर छोड़ दें; वह तुम्हें सुलझा देगा।”
