Tumhare Bhajan Ram Ko Pavai – Repeat Ram Ji’s name as many times as you want, but you will not reach Ram Ji. When the Guru finds you and asks you to repeat Ram Naam, you will reach Ram Ji. It is said by Swami Vivekanand, “My guru gave me that, Ram.” His words are still alive. When you have a guru in your life, you will reach Ram Ji, for sure. Here we are reciting Hanuman Chalisa, and we will find Atma Ram.

Janam Janam Ke Dukh Bisraavai – Some believe in multiple births, and some don’t. We believe that whatever we have sown in the past, we are reaping it now. All the relationships and people we meet in life are because somehow we are indebted to them. We have to pay that debt back. If people hated me today, someday I would have hated them. If someone loves me today, I would have loved them in some way. The Guru takes you out of this circle of giving and taking. If you have found a Satguru, have faith that this is your last birth and you will be out of this viscous cycle.

Antkaal Raghuvar Pur Jayee – Assume somebody died, but the person never comes back and tells us about the experience they had after dying. One whose “I” is dead will know they are dead but are still alive. They will be in blissful energy, and they can only talk about the state of Paramanand.

Jahan Janam Hari Bhakt Kahayee – As the result of the Hari Bhakti you did in all the births, you have found a guru in this birth. The Guru then helps you feel that blissful energy. The Guru is asking you to live in the present and feel bliss. I don’t know what will happen when you die. Nobody has come back from the dead and told us what happens after death. People read the holy books and believe there is heaven and hell. Whoever dies, people send them to heaven. We do not know where they went, but we assume they are in heaven. If you understand these four lines from this moment on, you will start living in bliss.

A lady said, “Until we meet the Guru who has become one God, we cannot find God by just repeating his name.” Teacher said, “No. By repeating God’s name, you met Guru, and now you will meet God. It is not true that by repeating God’s name, you will not meet him. He will show you a way to reach him. God is within you, and he is with you all the time, but you are not able to realise that he is with you. So God sends Guru to you, who helps you reach God.” The lady said, “It is my only prayer to Guru to help me reach God.” Teacher said, “Your naam jap of so many births doesn’t go in vain. In this birth, you got a Guru, and he will help you reach God.”

A boy said, “From all the lines of Hanuman Chalisa, we got to know the importance of Guru Ji. One more thing got cleared: when we repeat God’s name, Guru comes into our lives, and then he helps us reach God. God is our destination, and Guru Ji is the staircase to reaching God. The more surrendered we are, the easier things will become for us. It is a difficult thought for me to think that I will meet God. If I take it in a way that the layers are getting removed from my mind finally, I will realise that it is easier for me to understand.” The teacher said, “Yes, knowing that you are that is easier. Thinking that I will become God or meet God is difficult. When all layers are removed, you will realise your true self. The Guru Ji that I am mentioning is your mind only, because if your mind is what, then only you can move towards God. If the mind doesn’t want it, it will focus on the outside world. The Guru explains that you can’t control your mind completely. Your mind is your biggest guru. Guru will save you from big tragedy, and only something small will happen to make you understand where you were going wrong. You would have kept on blaming God if Guru had not been in your life. Guru guides you in your journey, but the ultimate Guru is your mind. If you can win over your mind, then you are the ultimate winner.”

Teacher said, “Not everyone can repeat God’s name. You will also forget to repeat God’s name multiple times. It is God’s blessing that you can remember God. From childhood, we all know that we wake up early, pray, and read holy books. We have seen our grandparents doing that since childhood, but still, we are unable to do it. It is because of the huge number of layers on you that the purity of that name is not able to come out of your mouth. If you, by chance, just listened to the name from your heart, the layer gets removed, and you can now take the name. Like when you listen to a song with concentration, you keep repeating the same thing throughout the day. That’s why I say here only God’s name; see only God so that your mind remains focused on God.”

Teacher said, “When we are inside the mother’s womb, we are hanging upside down and surrounded by our bodily waste. By the fourth month, Atam enters the body, and the child can see why he is going to be born. The baby could see all his good and bad deeds done in the previous life. Baby will cry as it comes outside; that’s why I had to give birth again. The baby is told inside the mother’s womb that the world you are going to is filled with loo and urine. So do not get attached to this world. You are hanging upside down to become one with me. You all have been told that the family, gold, and clothes are all urine and waste; do not get entangled in these. The God that is inside you in the form of a soul becomes one with that. You see good cars or clothes, and you become attracted to them. It is not that God has not told you the truth. Do not get entangled in this world and come back to it by hanging upside down. The baby promises God in the womb and then comes out into the world, but what happens later on, we all know. You will have everything in front of you; it is up to you to decide if you need it or not. Money is important to live, but to have only that much, which is needed for you to survive, understanding this is important. God fulfils all your needs, and the extra that you have is to lure you into the world. So do not get lured by that money, and share that money with everyone. That is why the importance of giving is introduced. When you give the excess away, your balance will be zero in this life only.”

A boy said, “Tumhare bhajan Ram ko pavai doesn’t mean you have to keep on repeating Ram naam. People say Guru and Ishwar are different, but I do not understand this. If the energy is manifested in the Guru, then he is God himself. Why do you have to take a different name? If you have a guru in your life, remember Guru, and you will reach there.” Teacher said, “It is correct to believe that your Guru is God. Ram and Hanuman are not different. The energy is the same, and you are also that energy.”

तुम्हारे भजन राम को पावै– राम जी का नाम जितनी बार चाहे दोहराओ, लेकिन तुम राम जी तक नहीं पहुँचोगे। जब गुरु आपको ढूंढकर राम नाम दोहराने को कहेंगे तो आप राम जी के पास पहुंच जाएंगे। स्वामी विवेकानंद ने कहा था, “मेरे गुरु ने मुझे वह दिया, राम। उनके शब्द अभी भी जीवित हैं। जब आपके जीवन में गुरु होंगे, तो आप निश्चित रूप से राम जी तक पहुंचेंगे। यहां हम हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ कर रहे हैं, और हमें आत्मा राम मिलेगा।

जनम जनम के दुःख बिसरावै– कुछ कई जन्मों में विश्वास करते हैं, और कुछ नहीं करते हैं। हमारा मानना है कि हमने अतीत में जो कुछ भी बोया है, अब हम उसे काट रहे हैं। जीवन में हम जितने भी रिश्ते और लोगों से मिलते हैं, वे इसलिए होते हैं क्योंकि किसी न किसी तरह हम उनके ऋणी होते हैं। हमें उस कर्ज को वापस चुकाना होगा। अगर लोग आज मुझसे नफरत करते हैं, तो किसी दिन मैं उनसे नफरत करता। अगर आज कोई मुझसे प्यार करता है, तो मैं उन्हें किसी तरह से प्यार करता। गुरु आपको देने और लेने के इस चक्र से बाहर निकालते हैं। यदि आपको सतगुरु मिल गया है, तो विश्वास रखें कि यह आपका अंतिम जन्म है और आप इस चिपचिपे चक्र से बाहर होंगे।

अंतकाल रघुवर पुर जाइ– मान लीजिए कि कोई मर गया, लेकिन वह व्यक्ति कभी वापस नहीं आता है और हमें मरने के बाद के अनुभव के बारे में बताता है। जिसका “मैं” मर चुका है, उसे पता होगा कि वे मर चुके हैं लेकिन अभी भी जीवित हैं। वे आनंदमय ऊर्जा में होंगे, और वे केवल परमानंद की स्थिति के बारे में बात कर सकते हैं।

जहाँ जनम हरि भक्त कहायी – आपने सभी जन्मों में जो हरि भक्ति की उसके फलस्वरूप आपको इस जन्म में गुरु मिला है। गुरु तब आपको उस आनंदमय ऊर्जा को महसूस करने में मदद करते हैं। गुरु आपको वर्तमान में जीने और आनंद महसूस करने के लिए कह रहे हैं। मुझे नहीं पता कि जब तुम मर जाओगे तो क्या होगा। किसी ने भी मृतकों में से वापस आकर हमें नहीं बताया कि मृत्यु के बाद क्या होता है। लोग पवित्र पुस्तकों को पढ़ते हैं और मानते हैं कि स्वर्ग और नरक है। जो भी मरता है, लोग उसे स्वर्ग में भेजते हैं। हम नहीं जानते कि वे कहाँ गए, लेकिन हम मानते हैं कि वे स्वर्ग में हैं। यदि आप इस क्षण से इन चार पंक्तियों को समझ लेते हैं, तो आप आनंद में रहना शुरू कर देंगे।

एक महिला ने कहा, “जब तक हम गुरु से नहीं मिलते जो एक भगवान बन गए हैं, हम केवल उनके नाम को दोहराकर भगवान को नहीं पा सकते। शिक्षक ने कहा, “नहीं। भगवान का नाम दोहराने से आप गुरु से मिले, और अब आप भगवान से मिलेंगे। यह सच नहीं है कि परमेश्वर का नाम दोहराने से, आप उससे नहीं मिलेंगे। वह आपको उस तक पहुंचने का रास्ता दिखाएगा। भगवान आपके भीतर है, और वह हर समय आपके साथ है, लेकिन आप यह महसूस नहीं कर पा रहे हैं कि वह आपके साथ है। इसलिए भगवान गुरु को आपके पास भेजते हैं, जो आपको भगवान तक पहुंचने में मदद करते हैं। महिला ने कहा, “गुरु से मेरी एकमात्र प्रार्थना है कि मुझे भगवान तक पहुंचने में मदद करें। शिक्षक ने कहा, उन्होंने कहा, ‘इतने जन्मों का आपका नाम जप व्यर्थ नहीं जाता। इस जन्म में, आपको एक गुरु मिला, और वह आपको भगवान तक पहुंचने में मदद करेगा।

एक लड़के ने कहा, “हनुमान चालीसा की सभी पंक्तियों से हमें गुरु जी के महत्व का पता चला। एक और बात स्पष्ट हो गई: जब हम भगवान के नाम को दोहराते हैं, तो गुरु हमारे जीवन में आते हैं, और फिर वह हमें भगवान तक पहुंचने में मदद करते हैं। भगवान हमारी मंजिल है, और गुरु जी भगवान तक पहुंचने की सीढ़ी हैं। हम जितना अधिक समर्पित होंगे, हमारे लिए चीजें उतनी ही आसान हो जाएंगी। मेरे लिए यह सोचना मुश्किल है कि मैं भगवान से मिलूंगा। अगर मैं इसे इस तरह से लूं कि आखिरकार मेरे दिमाग से परतें हट रही हैं, तो मुझे एहसास होगा कि मेरे लिए इसे समझना आसान है। शिक्षक ने कहा, “हाँ, यह जानना कि आप वही हैं, आसान है। यह सोचना कि मैं भगवान बनजाऊंगा या भगवान से मिलूंगा, मुश्किल है। जब सभी परतें हटा दी जाएंगी, तो आपको अपने असली आत्म का एहसास होगा। मैं जिस गुरु जी का जिक्र कर रहा हूं, वह आपका ही मन है, क्योंकि अगर आपका मन क्या है, तभी आप ईश्वर की ओर बढ़ सकते हैं। यदि मन इसे नहीं चाहता है, तो यह बाहरी दुनिया पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा। गुरु समझाते हैं कि आप अपने मन को पूरी तरह से नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकते। आपका मन आपका सबसे बड़ा गुरु है। गुरु आपको बड़ी त्रासदी से बचाएगा, और केवल कुछ छोटा ही होगा जो आपको समझाएगा कि आप कहां गलत हो रहे थे। यदि गुरु आपके जीवन में नहीं होते तो आप ईश्वर को दोष देते रहते। गुरु आपकी यात्रा में आपका मार्गदर्शन करते हैं, लेकिन परम गुरु आपका मन है। यदि आप अपने दिमाग पर जीत हासिल कर सकते हैं, तो आप अंतिम विजेता हैं।

शिक्षक ने कहा, “हर कोई भगवान का नाम नहीं दोहरा सकता है। आप परमेश्वर के नाम को कई बार दोहराना भी भूल जाओगे। यह ईश्वर का आशीर्वाद है कि आप ईश्वर को याद कर सकते हैं। बचपन से, हम सभी जानते हैं कि हम जल्दी उठते हैं, प्रार्थना करते हैं, और पवित्र पुस्तकों को पढ़ते हैं। हमने बचपन से अपने दादा-दादी को ऐसा करते देखा है, लेकिन फिर भी, हम ऐसा करने में असमर्थ हैं। यह आप पर परतों की भारी संख्या के कारण है कि उस नाम की पवित्रता आपके मुंह से नहीं निकल पाती है। यदि आप, संयोग से, सिर्फ अपने दिल से नाम सुनते हैं, तो परत हट जाती है, और अब आप नाम ले सकते हैं। जैसे जब आप एकाग्रता के साथ कोई गाना सुनते हैं तो आप पूरे दिन एक ही बात दोहराते रहते हैं। यही कारण है कि मैं यहाँ केवल परमेश्वर का नाम कहता हूँ; केवल परमेश्वर को देखें ताकि तुम्हारा मन परमेश्वर पर केंद्रित रहे।

शिक्षक ने कहा, “जब हम माँ के गर्भ के अंदर होते हैं, तो हम उल्टा लटक रहे होते हैं और हमारे शारीरिक कचरे से घिरे होते हैं। चौथे महीने तक, आत्म शरीर में प्रवेश करता है, और बच्चा देख सकता है कि वह क्यों पैदा होने जा रहा है। बच्चा पिछले जन्म में किए गए अपने सभी अच्छे और बुरे कर्मों को देख सकता था। बच्चा बाहर आते ही रोएगा; यही कारण है कि मुझे फिर से जन्म देना पड़ा। मां के गर्भ के अंदर बच्चे को बताया जाता है कि आप जिस दुनिया में जा रहे हैं वह लू और पेशाब से भरी हुई है। इसलिए इस दुनिया से आसक्त मत होइए। तुम मेरे साथ एक होने के लिए उल्टा लटक रहे हो। आप सभी को बताया गया है कि परिवार, सोना और कपड़े सभी मूत्र और अपशिष्ट हैं; इनमें न उलझें। जो परमात्मा आत्मा के रूप में तुम्हारे भीतर है, वह उसी के साथ एकाकार हो जाता है। आप अच्छी कारों या कपड़ों को देखते हैं, और आप उनकी ओर आकर्षित हो जाते हैं। ऐसा नहीं है कि भगवान ने आपको सच नहीं बताया है। इस दुनिया में न उलझें और उल्टा लटककर वापस इसमें आ जाएं। बच्चा गर्भ में भगवान से वादा करता है और फिर दुनिया में बाहर आता है, लेकिन बाद में क्या होता है, हम सभी जानते हैं। आपके सामने सब कुछ होगा; यह आपको तय करना है कि आपको इसकी आवश्यकता है या नहीं। जीने के लिए पैसा जरूरी है, लेकिन सिर्फ उतना ही होना, जो आपके जीवित रहने के लिए जरूरी है, इस बात को समझना जरूरी है। भगवान आपकी सभी जरूरतों को पूरा करता है, और आपके पास जो अतिरिक्त है वह आपको दुनिया में लुभाने के लिए है। इसलिए उस पैसे के लालच में न आएं, और उस पैसे को सभी के साथ शेयर करें। यही कारण है कि देने के महत्व को पेश किया जाता है। जब आप अतिरिक्त को दूर कर देते हैं, तो आपका संतुलन केवल इस जीवन में शून्य होगा।

एक लड़के ने कहा, “तुम्हारे भजन राम को पावई का मतलब यह नहीं है कि आपको राम नाम दोहराते रहना है। लोग कहते हैं कि गुरु और ईश्वर अलग-अलग हैं, लेकिन मुझे यह समझ में नहीं आता। यदि गुरु में ऊर्जा प्रकट होती है तो वह स्वयं ईश्वर है। आपको एक अलग नाम लेने की आवश्यकता क्यों है? यदि आपके जीवन में गुरु है, तो गुरु को याद करें, और आप वहां पहुंचेंगे। शिक्षक ने कहा, उन्होंने कहा, ‘यह मानना सही है कि आपका गुरु भगवान है। राम और हनुमान अलग नहीं हैं। ऊर्जा वही है, और आप भी वह ऊर्जा हैं।
