Sukshma roop dhari Siyahi dikhava: Sukshma means very tiny, similar in size to an electron. Hanuman Ji came in front of Sita Mata in the tiniest form. From this, we understand two things. Budhi ki Sukasmata Hi Saksatkar Hain. When you become thoughtless, you are at a stage where you become one with divinity. When there is nothing left, you become God, but we do not become that because we keep on doing something or another. Another thing is that Sita Mata is Maa. She herself is that energy. Hanuman Ji knows Sita Mata is Jagdamba herself, and he cannot go in front of her filled with ego. When you go in front of Maa or Guru, you also bow down. That’s why Hanuman Ji went to see Sita Mata in Sukshma Roop. If you are filled with ego, you will not be blessed.

Hanuman Ji came to Ashok Vatika, and today Sita Mata is crying more. Sita Mata is saying, “Ram Ji is not taking care of me. I am in so much trouble. Today there should be fire in front of me, and I should burn my body in it.” Hanuman Ji was listening to this, and he felt very bad. Hanuman Ji didn’t know what to do, so he slowly started telling about Ram Ji and gave the Prabhu Mudrika to Sita Mata. Hanuman Ji said, “I am your son, Hanuman. Ram Ji has sent me here. Maa, you do not worry; we all Vanar will come with Ram Ji and take you back.” Hanuman Ji is in the tiniest form right now. Sita Mata asked, “How many Vanars are there?” Hanuman Ji said, “A lot of them.” Sita Mata asked, “How big are you all?” Hanuman Ji said, “I am the biggest; others are smaller than me.” Sita looked at Hanuman Ji and thought, “If the bigger one is this small, then what would be the smaller one? How will they help in freeing  me?”She becomes a little sad. What Sita Mata is doing is all Maya, and she is just acting sad. The one who can bless you with Ashta Siddhi Nav Nidhi, why would she cry? It was done just to teach us a lesson. Hanuma Ji said, “I am not this small, Maa. I am your son; that’s why I came in small form.” Suddenly Hanuman Ji asked Maa, “I am very hungry. Can I get something to eat?” Maa said, “The fallen fruits you can eat.” But Hanuman Ji’s hunger cannot be satisfied with those fallen fruits, so he starts making fruits fall from the tree by shaking them, and he attracts the demons.

Bhim roop dhari asur sanhare: Now the Asur came to hit him. We all know the complete story of how the Sone ki Lanka was burned by Hanuman Ji. What is the spiritual meaning behind it? Irrespective of the amount of negativity in our lives or how big Asur is in our minds, if Satguru is in your life, he will remove all the negativity from you. Satguru takes Bhim Roop and removes all the bad things and negativity in us. Sometimes Guru will teach you with love, sometimes he will scold you, and sometimes he will take things you like away from you. Whatever negativity or suffering you have, the guru will take you out of it and make you one with divinity. To purify you, whatever form the guru has to take, it takes that form so that you can see the soul within.

Ramachandra ke kaj sanvare: Guru’s work is to do God’s work. God is formless, and Guru comes in a form. What does Allah want through this Guru? Allah wants everyone to realise that you are Allah yourself, and there is only Allah and nothing else than Allah.

Laye Sanjivan Lakhan Jiyaye: You might be facing the biggest difficulty in your life. Guru saves you like Sanjivani. You are forgiven even if you have committed ninety-nine murders. Guru still forgives you because Guru has a mantra from Sanjivani to help you reach God. Your evilness is bigger, or is God bigger? Obviously, it’s God’s name, so by taking his name, you become purified. Lakhan means Lakshya. Our Lakshya is to reach God. Your mind should always be focused on God. If your mind is distracted, do not worry. Guru comes into your life like Sanjivani and makes your mind again focused on God. We get entangled in our negativity, but the guru takes us out of it and makes us alive again.

Shri Raghuvir Harashi ur laye: When your mind gets focused on God, then that energy becomes happy, and you can feel that you are on the lap of divinity. The mind that God was waiting to come back to him, and when it came back, God became happy. For millennia, you have been roaming here and there, and now, because of the Guru, you have reached that divinity. You could feel that Anand in your soul.

A lady said, “Guru might not be physically present with us, but when we are stuck in our spiritual journey, he or she helps us in some way or another. To become Buddha, our mind should become Sukshma (zero), and the Guru helps us with that. Everybody’s journey is different, and the Guru helps us according to our journey. Everyone’s path is different, but the destination is the same. When I was a kid, I just wanted to see Ganpati Baapa, but when Guru came into my life, he helped me understand that seeing Ganpati Baapa and becoming one with him is entirely different. Guru Ji wants us to become one, but many times we use our minds and get distracted from the right path.” Teacher said, “Guru daily gives you Sanjivani and helps your mind focus on your goal. A lot of things happen throughout the day which helps you focus on God.”

A boy said, “It was a very enlightening comparison from the lines to our lives. I felt it made so much sense that everyone keeps on repeating the same lines, but nobody understands that there is no point in repeating the same thing daily if you don’t relate to it and apply it to your life. From today’s line, I understood that the Guru is always with us and helping us in whatever form we need his help. We just have to accept that whatever is happening in our lives is done by Guru Ji, and he will take us out of everything.” Teacher said, “Very good. Slowly, all the negativity will go away, and your mind will become focused on God in the present moment. You all always feel bliss and are not dependent on materialistic achievement. It happens when you realise you are not alone and that God is doing everything through you. Guru Ji takes different forms to help you realise your goal.”

A boy said, “I understood that when Hanuman Ji went in front of Sita Mata, he took Sukshma Roop because whatever he was, it was because of that Shakti. When he bowed down in front of Shakti only, he was able to take Vikat and Bhim Roop.” Teacher said, “Whenever you feel Maa’s presence, you will be in Sukshma Roop; otherwise, your ego will rise and you will suffer.”

A girl said, “I learned that we have to let go of our egos, and as you say, we have to surrender. We will be surrendered only when our ego is not there.” Teacher said, “Vise versa is also true. If you surrender, your ego will go away. It will happen by repeating God’s and remembering him in any form.”

सुक्ष्मा रूप धारी सियाही दिखवा: सुक्ष्मा का अर्थ है बहुत छोटा, आकार में इलेक्ट्रॉन के समान। हनुमान जी सबसे छोटे रूप में सीता माता के सामने आए। इससे हमें दो बातें समझ में आती हैं। बुधी की सुकास्माता ही सक्सतकर हैं। जब आप विचारहीन हो जाते हैं, तो आप एक ऐसे चरण में होते हैं जहां आप दिव्यता के साथ एक हो जाते हैं। जब कुछ नहीं बचता तो आप भगवान बन जाते हैं, लेकिन हम ऐसे नहीं बन जाते क्योंकि हम कुछ न कुछ करते रहते हैं। एक और बात यह है कि सीता माता मां हैं। वह खुद वह ऊर्जा है। हनुमान जी जानते हैं कि सीता माता स्वयं जगदम्बा हैं, और वह अहंकार से भरे हुए उनके सामने नहीं जा सकते। जब आप मां या गुरु के सामने जाते हैं, तो आप भी झुकते हैं। इसीलिए हनुमान जी सुक्षमा रूप में सीता माता के दर्शन करने गए। यदि आप अहंकार से भरे हुए हैं, तो आप धन्य नहीं होंगे।

हनुमान जी अशोक वाटिका में आए थे, और आज सीता माता ज्यादा रो रही हैं। सीता माता कह रही हैं, “राम जी मेरी देखभाल नहीं कर रहे हैं। मैं बहुत परेशानी में हूं। आज मेरे सामने आग होनी चाहिए, और मुझे अपने शरीर को उसमें जलाना चाहिए। हनुमान जी यह सुन रहे थे, और उन्हें बहुत बुरा लगा। हनुमान जी को नहीं पता था कि क्या करना है, इसलिए उन्होंने धीरे-धीरे राम जी के बारे में बताना शुरू कर दिया और प्रभु मुद्रिका सीता माता को दे दी। हनुमान जी ने कहा, “मैं आपका पुत्र हूं, हनुमान। राम जी ने मुझे यहां भेजा है। माँ, आप चिंता न करें; हम सभी वानर राम जी के साथ आएंगे और आपको वापस ले जाएंगे। हनुमान जी अभी सबसे छोटे रूप में हैं। सीता माता ने पूछा, कितने वानर हैं? हनुमान जी ने कहा, “उनमें से बहुत से। सीता माता ने पूछा, “आप सब कितने बड़े हैं? हनुमान जी ने कहा, “मैं सबसे बड़ा हूं; अन्य लोग मुझसे छोटे हैं। सीता ने हनुमान जी की ओर देखा और सोचा, “अगर बड़ा यह छोटा है, तो छोटा क्या होगा? वे मुझे मुक्त करने में कैसे मदद करेंगे? वह थोड़ा उदास हो जाता है। सीता माता जो कर रही हैं वह सब माया है, और वह सिर्फ दुखी अभिनय कर रही हैं। जो आपको अष्ट सिद्धि नव निधि का आशीर्वाद दे सकता है, वह क्यों रोएगी? यह सिर्फ हमें सबक सिखाने के लिए किया गया था। हनुमा जी ने कहा, “मैं इतना छोटा नहीं हूँ माँ। मैं तुम्हारा बेटा हूँ; यही कारण है कि मैं छोटे रूप में आया। अचानक हनुमान जी ने मां से पूछा, “मुझे बहुत भूख लगी है। क्या मुझे खाने के लिए कुछ मिल सकता है? माँ ने कहा, “गिरे हुए फल आप खा सकते हैं। लेकिन हनुमान जी की भूख उन गिरे हुए फलों से संतुष्ट नहीं हो पाती इसलिए वह फलों को हिलाकर पेड़ से गिराने लगते हैं, और वह राक्षसों को आकर्षित करते हैं।

भीम रूप धारी असुर संहरे: अब असुर उसे मारने आया। सोने की लंका को हनुमान जी ने कैसे जलाया था इसकी पूरी कहानी हम सभी जानते हैं। इसके पीछे आध्यात्मिक अर्थ क्या है? हमारे जीवन में नकारात्मकता की मात्रा चाहे कितनी भी हो या हमारे मन में असुर कितना भी बड़ा क्यों न हो, अगर सतगुरु आपके जीवन में हैं, तो वह आपसे सारी नकारात्मकता को दूर कर देंगे। सतगुरु भीम रूप लेते हैं और हमारे अंदर की सभी बुरी चीजों और नकारात्मकता को दूर करते हैं। कभी गुरु आपको प्यार से सिखाएगा, कभी वह आपको डांटेगा, और कभी वह आपकी पसंद की चीजों को आपसे दूर ले जाएगा। आपको जो भी नकारात्मकता या पीड़ा है, गुरु आपको उससे बाहर निकालेंगे और आपको दिव्यता के साथ एक कर देंगे। आपको शुद्ध करने के लिए गुरु को जो भी रूप धारण करना होता है, वह वह रूप धारण कर लेता है ताकि आप आत्मा को भीतर देख सकें।

रामचंद्र के काज संवरे: गुरु का काम भगवान का काम करना है। भगवान निराकार है, गुरु एक रूप में आता है। अल्लाह इस गुरु के माध्यम से क्या चाहता है? अल्लाह चाहता है कि हर कोई यह महसूस करे कि तुम स्वयं अल्लाह हो और केवल अल्लाह है और अल्लाह से बढ़कर कुछ भी नहीं है।

लय संजीवन लखन जियाये: आप अपने जीवन में सबसे बड़ी कठिनाई का सामना कर रहे होंगे। गुरु आपको संजीवनी की तरह बचाते हैं। आपको माफ कर दिया जाता है, भले ही आपने निन्यानबे हत्याएं की हों। गुरु अभी भी आपको माफ कर देते हैं क्योंकि गुरु के पास भगवान तक पहुंचने में आपकी मदद करने के लिए संजीवनी से एक मंत्र है। तुम्हारी बुराई बड़ी है, या परमेश्वर बड़ा है? जाहिर है, यह भगवान का नाम है, इसलिए उसका नाम लेने से, आप शुद्ध हो जाते हैं। लखन का मतलब लक्ष्य होता है। हमारा लक्ष्य भगवान तक पहुंचना है। आपका मन हमेशा ईश्वर पर केंद्रित होना चाहिए। यदि आपका मन विचलित है, तो चिंता न करें। गुरु संजीवनी की तरह आपके जीवन में आते हैं और आपके मन को फिर से भगवान पर केंद्रित कर देते हैं। हम अपनी नकारात्मकता में उलझ जाते हैं, लेकिन गुरु हमें इससे बाहर निकालते हैं और हमें फिर से जीवित कर देते हैं।

श्री रघुवीर हरशी योर लाए : जब तुम्हारा मन ईश्वर पर केंद्रित हो जाता है, तब वह ऊर्जा प्रसन्न हो जाती है, और तुम महसूस कर सकते हो कि तुम देवत्व की गोद में हो। मन ही मन कि परमेश्वर उसके पास वापस आने की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा था, और जब वह वापस आया, तो परमेश्वर प्रसन्न हो गया। सहस्राब्दियों से तुम यहां-वहां घूमते रहे हो और अब गुरु के कारण तुम उस दिव्यता तक पहुंच गए हो। आप उस आनंद को अपनी आत्मा में महसूस कर सकते हैं।

एक महिला ने कहा, “जब तक कोई गुरु हमारे जीवन में नहीं आता, तब तक हम नहीं जानते कि हम अपने जीवन में किस दिशा में जा रहे हैं। आपको भगवान तक पहुंचने के लिए मार्ग पर चलने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए, और मैं धन्य हूं कि मेरे पास मुझे सही रास्ता दिखाने के लिए एक गुरु है। मैं तब तक अभ्यास करता रहूंगा जब तक मैं जीवित हूं। शिक्षक ने कहा, “अच्छा, भगवान आपको सही रास्ते पर मार्गदर्शन करे।

एक महिला ने कहा, “आज मेरे पास केवल कृतज्ञता का भाव है कि मेरे जीवन में गुरु जी हैं, और वह हमेशा मेरे साथ हैं। गुरु शुद्ध प्रेम की परिभाषा है, और वह हमें हमारी माँ से सत्तर गुना अधिक प्यार करता है। जैसा कि आपने कहा, गुरु हमें भगवान के साथ एक करने के लिए आवश्यक किसी भी रूप को लेता है, और गुरु के पास अपने लिए कोई उद्देश्य नहीं होता है। गुरु आपसे इतना प्यार करते हैं कि वह आपको खुद के साथ एक कर देते हैं। शिक्षक ने कहा, “अच्छा.”

एक महिला ने कहा, “गुरु शारीरिक रूप से हमारे साथ मौजूद नहीं हो सकते हैं, लेकिन जब हम अपनी आध्यात्मिक यात्रा में फंस जाते हैं, तो वह किसी न किसी तरह से हमारी मदद करते हैं। बुद्ध बनने के लिए, हमारे मन को सुक्ष्मा (शून्य) बनना चाहिए, और गुरु उसी में हमारी मदद करते हैं। हर किसी की यात्रा अलग होती है, और गुरु हमारी यात्रा के अनुसार हमारी मदद करते हैं। हर किसी का रास्ता अलग होता है, लेकिन मंजिल एक ही होती है। जब मैं बच्चा था, तो मैं सिर्फ गणपति बापा देखना चाहता था, लेकिन जब गुरु मेरे जीवन में आए, तो उन्होंने मुझे यह समझने में मदद की कि गणपति बापा को देखना और उनके साथ एक होना पूरी तरह से अलग है। गुरु जी चाहते हैं कि हम एक हो जाएं, लेकिन कई बार हम अपने दिमाग का इस्तेमाल करते हैं और सही रास्ते से भटक जाते हैं। शिक्षक ने कहा, “गुरु दैनिक आपको संजीवनी देता है और आपके दिमाग को अपने लक्ष्य पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने में मदद करता है। दिन भर में बहुत सी चीजें होती हैं जो आपको भगवान पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने में मदद करती हैं।

एक लड़के ने कहा, “यह लाइनों से हमारे जीवन की एक बहुत ही ज्ञानवर्धक तुलना थी। मुझे लगा कि यह इतना समझ में आता है कि हर कोई एक ही लाइन को दोहराता रहता है, लेकिन कोई भी यह नहीं समझता है कि एक ही चीज को दैनिक रूप से दोहराने का कोई मतलब नहीं है यदि आप इससे संबंधित नहीं हैं और इसे अपने जीवन में लागू करते हैं। आज की पंक्ति से मुझे समझ में आया कि गुरु हमेशा हमारे साथ हैं और जिस भी रूप में हमें उनकी मदद की जरूरत है, वह हमारी मदद कर रहे हैं। हमें बस यह स्वीकार करना होगा कि हमारे जीवन में जो कुछ भी हो रहा है वह गुरु जी द्वारा किया जाता है, और वह हमें हर चीज से बाहर निकाल देंगे। शिक्षक ने कहा, “बहुत अच्छा। धीरे-धीरे, सभी नकारात्मकता दूर हो जाएगी, और आपका मन वर्तमान क्षण में भगवान पर केंद्रित हो जाएगा। आप सभी हमेशा आनंद महसूस करते हैं और भौतिकवादी उपलब्धि पर निर्भर नहीं होते हैं। यह तब होता है जब आपको एहसास होता है कि आप अकेले नहीं हैं और भगवान आपके माध्यम से सब कुछ कर रहे हैं। गुरु जी आपके लक्ष्य को साकार करने में आपकी मदद करने के लिए विभिन्न रूप लेते हैं।

एक बालक ने कहा, “मैं समझ गया कि जब हनुमान जी सीता माता के सामने गए तो उन्होंने सुक्षमा रूप ले लिया क्योंकि वह जो कुछ भी थे, उस शक्ति की वजह से ही थे। जब वह केवल शक्ति के सामने झुक गया, तो वह विकट और भीम रूप को लेने में सक्षम था। शिक्षक ने कहा, “जब भी आप मां की उपस्थिति महसूस करते हैं, आप सुक्षमा रूप में होंगे; अन्यथा, आपका अहंकार बढ़ जाएगा और आप पीड़ित होंगे।

एक लड़की ने कहा, “मैंने सीखा कि हमें अपने अहंकार को छोड़ना होगा, और जैसा कि आप कहते हैं, हमें आत्मसमर्पण करना होगा। हम तभी आत्मसमर्पण करेंगे जब हमारा अहंकार नहीं होगा। शिक्षक ने कहा, उन्होंने कहा, ‘इसके विपरीत भी सच है। यदि आप आत्मसमर्पण करते हैं, तो आपका अहंकार दूर हो जाएगा। यह ईश्वर को दोहराने और उन्हें किसी भी रूप में याद करने से होगा।
