- Despite being a part of a royal household, Rama and Mother were true celibates. We know that King Janaka was Videhi and, thus, found Mother Sita while plowing the field. Similarly, King Dashratha received sons through blessings, instilled in a porridge, which rose from the alter. Even Mother conceived a son in the most distilled state of virginity.
- The neighboring kings of Ayodhya were happy at Rama’s return. Rama, Mother, the royal family and, the subjects of Ayodhya were aware of Mother’s virtues. But, doubts didn’t appear to perish. Mother had to face society and answer their queries. Rama couldn’t bear such disrespect to Shakti.
- Mother decided to go to her father, Rishi Valmiki. She felt that it would be better to spend the rest of her life as a hermit dweller. All the members of the family agreed. Rama asked Lakshmana to drop Mother at the outskirts of the forest, secretively.
- When a lady conceives her first child, she visits her home. It would have been unusual if she had gone to King Janaka. Moreover, the dwellers of Janakapura merely behaved as hollow dummies, enjoying the ambrosia of Formless bliss. Rishi Valmiki was the former thief who received Guru Diksha from Brahmarishi Narad. He couldn’t enunciate Rama and thus uttered the Guru mantra, mara and, attained Salvation. He was the one who wrote the Valmiki Ramayana, the classical epic before Rama’s birth. He was a true sannyasi. He didn’t have any attachments to the world. But, his time to renounce the stage of the material world was near. He wished to serve Mother with his own hands. He prayed gravely. Even the dwellers of the entire forest were deep devotees of Mother. Mother accepted their prayers gladly and came to their place.
- When Mother came to ashrama’s doorstep, Rishi Valmiki could not cease himself. Before he could bring a mug and platter to wash Mother’s feet, Rishi Valmiki washed Mother’s feet with his tears. Rishi Valmiki was in deep ecstasy. He wished to wash Mother’s feet with the blood of his heart. Even the other dwellers rejoiced.
- Soon, Mother delivered a baby boy and was named Luv. Rishi Valmiki said to Mother that the boy could learn the lessons of character and virtues through him but, Luv should learn the weaponry from his uncle, Shatrughna. Rishi Valmiki sent the message to King Rama about the good news and requested him to send Shatrughna Ji for the noble cause.
- One day, Mother Sita placed baby Luv near Rishi Valmiki and requested him to see the baby. Rishi was in a meditative state. Luv hurled on the ground and hid amidst the bushes for a few seconds. As Rishi Valmiki opened his eyes, he found that the boy was missing. He prayed to Lord. He picked up a grass blade and prayed to Lord to impart the twig the form of a baby. Soon, a baby boy grew from the grass. He was named Kush.
- When Mother returned from the banks, she found two identical boys playing side-by-side. Rishi Valmiki smiled and returned the boys to Mother as her sons. Mother took care of both the boys equally. They grew up under the guidance of Shatrughna Ji and Rishi Valmiki.
- When the boys grew up, Mother sent the boys to their father, King Rama and, she merged with the Divine Oneness.
- We often see faults in all the actors of the Divine play of Ramayana. But, the epic is flawless. We cannot find Ramayana in the scriptures. Blessings bestow the ambrosia of essence to the blossoming souls.
- When we practice overflowing, even the minutest flaw becomes unbearable. An ideal Rama Rajya descended when Rama used penance as ink in the paper of life.
