Satchidaanand roopaay..

Satchidaanand roopaay vishwotpatyaadi hetvah|
Taaptrayaay vinaashaay Shreekrishnaay vayam namah||
- This is the first verse of Bhaagwat.
- Satchidaanand- Pure blissful light
- roopaay- the soul
- Vishwotpatyaadi hetvah- our thoughts create, preserve and destroy us, if we fix our thought at the Soul, we will change our destiny into Eternal elegance.
- Taaptrayaayvinaashaay- If we cherish and foster in the Oneness, our three gunas viz, satoguna, rajoguna, and tamoguna, or aadibhautik, aadidaivik, and aadhyaatmik attachments and delusions shall disappear. Even, the Sat guna will disappear. Once the triplets disappear, we will become one with the Oneness.
- Shreekrishnaay vayam namah- We prostrate before such Shree Krishna, who is the Oneness, not the gross form of Krishna, who fluttered in the lanes of Vrindavan.
Krishna means karashan, to rub against, to move, to circumambulate. The mind is ought to circumambulate about the Soul within, and merge with It.

Mahamrityunjaya mantra

Om Tryambakam yajamahe,
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam|
Urvaarukmiv bandhnaat,
Mrityormuksheey maamritaat||
- As the cucumber is freed from the creeper without a speck of stress, a hair falls off our scalp, similarly, our soul shall renounce the physical body easily, and shall merge with the Eternity.
- The experience of death during the lifetime can carry us beyond the fear of death, and we can be Mrityunjaya ourselves.
- We worship the three-eyed one (Lord Shiv), who is fragrant and who nourishes well all beings. May He liberate us from death for the sake of immortality, even as the cucumber is severed from the bondage to the creeper.
Guru mantra

Gurur Brahma, Gurur Vishnu, Gurur devo, maheshvarah|
Guru Sakshat Parambrahma, tasmai shree Guruve namah||
- Brahma, Vishnu and Shiv are the Guru.
- They carry us to the Lord.
- It is said, “Guru gobind dou khade, kanke lagu paye,balehare Guru apne, Gobind diyo bataye.” Guru is elder to God, as Guru takes us to God, and Guru always resides in our hearts.
- Any of the Names mentioned in the scriptures are the part of the Guru-oneness. That is the Eternity.
- Guru is Brahma (Lord of creation), Guru is Vishnu (Lord of Preservation), Guru is Maheshwar (Lord of Destruction). Guru is supreme brahman itself, therefore prostration unto that Guru.
