Prophet Mohammed-peace-be-upon-him was asked to sit on a celestial winged-horse. The horse flew from Mecca to Jerusalem. Then, then the horse flew towards the skies, and took Prophet through the seven skies. He met several saints and prophets till the fifth strata. Then, he was sent all alone to the seventh strata. He reached the abode of Formlessness. Almighty welcomed him, and he felt that he was the part of the Formlessness. Lord gave him a goblet of nectar, a symbolic of ambrosia felt by the practitioners as they cross the death center. Then, He asked Lord about the Divine commands he should spread in the people. Allah said that they should pray Namaz according to his instruction. Prophet added that they should offer prayers all day. Allah said that that would not be possible for the people. Five time prayers for a day were assigned. Allah asked him to ask the people to offer the sajdah towards Holy Qaba in Mecca, from that day. The holy horse appeared again and took Prophet Mohammed-peace-be-upon-him to Mecca.
The sacraments and commands were unfurled amidst the people, and the physical and spiritual journey of Prophet is revered till date, as it gives us a glance about the symmetry in microcosm and macrocosm.
