Saint Namdev

In Maharashtra (a place in India), there lived a saint called Namdev. He is a very great devotee and Bakht of God. He has very little atta to make roti, but he managed to make one. When he made the roti and kept it to eat on the floor, a dog came and took it in the mouth and ran away. He ran after the dog with a box of ghee in his hand.

He said, “Narayana, Narayan, stop, stop, let me apply ghee to the roti. How will you eat dry chapati? It won’t suit you.”

To his amazement, from the dog, Lord Narayan showed his Vishwa Roop, the Roop in which Arjun saw Shri Krishna in the Mahabharat battlefield. The same beautiful Roop was shown to him.

Narayan alone lives in every bit and piece; in every being, Narayan alone is living. If your love is beyond expectation, ‘Hadd say Guzar Jana,” then we can see Narayan in everything. According to our mind, ‘Jaki rahi bhavna jaisi, prabhu murat dekhi wo vesi’,” and according to our faith, we get darshan.

संत नामदेव

महाराष्ट्र (भारत में एक स्थान) में नामदेव नामक एक संत रहते थे। वह बहुत बड़ा भक्त और भगवान का बख्त है। रोटी बनाने के लिए उनके पास बहुत कम आटा है, लेकिन वह एक रोटी बनाने में कामयाब रहे। जब उसने रोटी बनाकर फर्श पर खाने के लिए रखी तो एक कुत्ता आया और मुंह में लेकर भाग गया। वह हाथ में घी का डिब्बा लेकर कुत्ते के पीछे भागा।

उन्होंने कहा, “नारायण, नारायण, रुक जाओ, रुको, मुझे रोटी में घी लगाने दो। आप सूखी चपाती कैसे खाएंगे? यह आपको सूट नहीं करेगा।“

उनके आश्चर्य के लिए, कुत्ते से, भगवान नारायण ने अपना विश्व रूप दिखाया, रूप जिसमें अर्जुन ने महाभारत के मैदान में श्रीकृष्ण को देखा था। वही खूबसूरत रूप उन्हें दिखाया गया।

नारायण अकेले हर टुकड़े में रहता है; हर जीव में नारायण ही जीवित है। यदि आपका प्रेम अपेक्षा से परे है, ‘हद कहो गुजर जाना’, तो हम नारायण को हर चीज में देख सकते हैं। हमारे मन मुताबिक ‘जाकी राही भावना जैसी, प्रभु मूरत देखी वो वेसी’, और हमारी आस्था के अनुसार हमें दर्शन मिलते हैं।
