The Most Beautiful

One day, Narad Ji asked Narayan, “Why do you make some people beautiful and some ugly?” Narayan replied, “When I knead the dough, I give some people inner beauty and some outer beauty.”

Feedback began,

Alif said, “God often gives inner and outer beauty simultaneously. How is this possible? It’s not the case. God makes every creature equally beautiful. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Ask a mother about the most beautiful human on the planet. She will point towards her child. Ask the child the same question. He will point towards his mother. The more intensely you feel the inner sun, the more vibrantly your face glows. The more you make distance from him, the more you suffer.”

Alif asked a mother, “God often makes people without some body parts or makes a few disabled. A few die in their mother’s womb. Why does this happen? My actions make me reap the fruits.” Mother asked, “God punishes us?” Alif said, “He doesn’t punish us. If I ask for forgiveness, all my actions become zero and, I am not forced to reap the fruits. You punish your kids because they do wrong deeds. Similarly, God is not your enemy. He loves us seventy times a mother’s love.”

A person said, “This is the land where Buddha attained self-realization and sad people like us inhabit.” Alif said, “Why don’t you recognize your potency as that of Buddha? You should not blame yourself. You are the most handsome man on the planet. Don’t ever underestimate others. Be blissful in God’s will. Be in the present moment.” The person realized.

A mother said, “I learned that if we don’t keep God in our minds, then inner beauty manifests.” Alif said, “We should have faith in God, not merely thinking that God exists. I scold you for the tiniest mistake. But, if you place your mind on the soul, you will be blissful. You will become what you are. God resides in your mind. God is beautiful. Thus, you are beautiful.”

A mother said, “When the boy recited the story, I thought that it was a bad story. Since we have met you, we have started seeing goodness in everything. When we see everything from God’s eyes, then everything is good.” Alif said, “See from my eyes. God has made everything and hence everything is beautiful.”

A mother said, “Today’s story was the best as it gave me the platform to claim publicly that I am the most beautiful lady on the planet. I knew that I was the most beautiful because of the soul. But, when I interacted with the world, which treated me based on my external appearance, I was confused. But, I met you, who behaved as my mirror, and it helped me to realize that I am the most beautiful one.”

A mother said, “My son was also asking me the same question. I got the answer now.” Alif said, “God is within all of us, and he made us equally beautiful. Some people lack a limb, some lack a proper height or weight. Why? If I sow an apple seed, I will reap apples. Whatever I have sown, I will reap. Because I don’t know my past, I complain to God for making me a deformed one. Then, I spend my entire life complaining and suffering… But, I am the most beautiful human being on the planet as God is within me. If we are blissful, we see goodness everywhere and vice versa is also true. If we remain away from good or bad, we become blissful. Earth is the most beautiful place and human beings are called the jewel of the creation.”

A lady said, “Can I say what I felt?” Alif smiled and said, “Don’t cheat in the feedback. Speak frankly.” The lady said, “Who is this God who made the planet? Then, we will see who is good or bad. Whom should we keep in our minds?” Alif asked with a giggle, “Haven’t you kept anyone in your heart?” She replied, “Yes, I have kept you.” Alif asked, “Am I not beautiful?” She said, “Yes, you are beautiful. But, ….” Alif said, “You think logically. You see me with your eyes, you feel me with your hands, you hear me with your ears. You have seen that I eat, drink, excrete, even scold, sleep, and do all the actions of an ordinary human being. Then, you think, ‘Why should I rever her?'” She nodded and said, “How will I feel the difference?” Alif said, “Don’t place me or any other form in your heart. If you try it now, you will be confused. Later, I will sit in your heart. See and observe that your heart is beating. Something strong is making it beat. Place that ‘something’ in your mind. The formlessness is what I am. Don’t name the form. Just love the soul just for the sake of the soul. I am physically away from you, and whenever you need me, we can communicate; even without the mobile phone, you see me or you get the answers. But, as we are limited, we test It via our limited criterion. I don’t give Allah any form, but I just love him. It is nothing, but everything. I love him completely. Just love the formlessness and ask him to make you realize the truth. Kabir Das Ji said, ‘Form is my mother and Formless is my father.’ Both are right, but now you are not understanding the form. Live with the formlessness, for just one day and then see. Smile. You have it within you and it will make it through you.” The lady said, “Yes, I agree with you. But, I am saying it, but will it do it?” Alif said, “But if it didn’t exist, your heart couldn’t beat. You prepare the food, chew the food, and swallow it. Can you digest, absorb, or assimilate it? You can even govern the excretion. But, can you prepare the waste out of your food? It’s not in your hand. You can’t defy its existence. Even if you are an atheist, you cannot deny your existence. You lost your grandfather. The physical form existed before and after the death. What changed?” She replied, “The energy left the body.” Alif said, “The energy is within me now. Isn’t it? Then feel it.” She agreed and said, “As a human being, we love a form as we love our mothers. Though it is a love rooted in attachment, it is love. But, now I learned that the energy is within me and I need to connect with that energy, without giving the form.” Alif said, “The energy is similar to the humidity in the atmosphere which you cannot see. People assess relative humidity in the air. As the temperature lowers, you see water droplets on your window pane. As the temperature decreases even more, you see ice sickles and you can hold it in your hands. As the love manifests more and more, liquidity will appear. As complete love will appear, you will be able to feed him with your hands. I am repeating this notion again. Don’t love the physical form, as I will never keep up with your expectations. I have a limited form and I cannot help with this limited form. Love the essence which I have realized, the same which is within you. I am explaining to you with the tools of logic. At this moment, you have become spiritual as you have practiced to the verge that you could defy God’s existence before this congregation. La ila Ha  There is no God, illalah, but Allah. Then, Mohemmed E Rasoollah, it means a Guru comes to guide you. Only Mother says that God exists and you believe it, this is not the fact. If you don’t feel it, and you defy it, it is the best. Until you defy his presence, he will not show himself to you. Bhakti and love don’t come easily. Firstly, you have to work towards it with full dedication. You practiced, and then the question arose. How are you supposed to love it if you cannot see or feel it? But still, there is something that is keeping you alive. You have to love that something with all of your energy. The energy that you withdraw from the divine energy for external things, apply it back to loving the energy.” Alif asked, “Are you able to understand it properly?” The lady said, “Yes, but I have to listen to it again.” Alif said, “The closer you go to the sun, the more burn you will feel, and vice versa. We symbolize Atman as the sun. You will ask, Will I not get burned by the sun’s rays?’. The aim is to get burned. The Atman in the form of energy is within you still; you are not getting burned. You feel cozy from within, right? So, exactly what will be burned? It will be your mind. As you go closer to the Atman, your ‘I’ vanishes. We have given a form to Shiv Linga, which is Nirgun Nirakar. It is the source of all the energy. The ashes on the body of Shiv are of our mind when it is burned. You have reached there; that’s why you can listen to this. But to become that, there is a hindrance, and it is your fear of losing your identity. If you are Atman and everyone else is Atamn, how will you interact with the outside world? Lots of questions will come. In this case, you do not lose your identity; you become what you are.”

A boy asked, “A person who has realized the unlimited self (divine self). The body of that person will become unlimited. Why is it wrong to love the physical self of a realized person?” Alif explained, “The problem is not for the one who loves it as an unlimited self. But the one who sees it as a limited self will get attached to the body. The human body will leave the world one day and the person attached will suffer due to the attachment. Ultimately, you have to be dependent on the Atman.”

A lady said, “Today I have learned that God is love, and he has made everything lovable. Everything is love. Only love is there, but due to my mind playing games with me, I am unable to see that love.” Alif said, “I can see that love, and you will see it as well.” The lady said, “It will happen only by surrender. I differentiate people by their characteristics, but I think it might go away by surrendering.” Alif said, “No doubt it happens. When you surrender, acceptance comes, and once acceptance is there, everything is good.” The lady said, “First, I have to respect everyone, and then I think love will come on its own.” Alif said, “Respect and love yourself. Automatically, you will love everyone. The problem is that we do not respect ourselves (Atman). Love and respect the Atman.”

Alif said to a lady, “Do not add a suffix to the prefix of your name. Like a doctor, teacher, or any other position. If you do not add these to your name, you will be in Anand.”

A lady said, “All the doubts were cleared with the previously asked questions. Whatever Ishwar has created is beautiful. We suffer by going into the past and future through our thoughts. As told at the start, we have to ignite the inner sun.” Alif said, “Can I ask you something? Will you feel bad if I ask you?” The lady said, “No, I will not feel bad.” Alif asked, “Still, the feeling of untouchability is present within you?” The lady answered, “Ninety-nine percent is not there, but still, one percent is there.” Alif said, “Until it is completely gone, you will not be able to realize yourself. The same energy that is within you is in them as well. Meera Ji’s guru was untouchable from other people’s points of view. But he realized God and became the guru of Meera Bai. He made her realize herself as well.” The lady said, “I have compassion for them.” Alif said, “Compassion is fine, but do not think them untouchable from within. You are also the same as them. Whatever is in the universe is in you. So that is also yours. Vasudev Kutumba Kam. When you reach that level, you will realize yourself. You have reached a level today by coming here where you are not getting offended by talking about it. You will reach the final destination as well. Everyone is biased in one way or another. Other than God, no one is unbiased. When Bhav becomes pure, Bhed goes away. Bhed and Bhav are joined. As the Bhav increases, the Bhed decreases, and vice versa.”

एक दिन नारद जी ने नारायण से पूछा, “तुम कुछ लोगों को सुंदर और कुछ को कुरूप क्यों बनाते हो?” नारायण ने उत्तर दिया, “जब मैं आटा गूंथता हूँ, तो कुछ लोगों को आंतरिक और कुछ को बाहरी सुंदरता देता हूँ।”

फीडबैक शुरू हुआ,

अलिफ़ ने कहा, “भगवान अक्सर आंतरिक और बाहरी सुंदरता एक साथ देते हैं। यह कैसे संभव है? ऐसा नहीं है। भगवान हर प्राणी को समान रूप से सुंदर बनाते हैं। सुंदरता देखने वाले की आँखों में होती है। एक माँ से पूछो कि धरती पर सबसे सुंदर इंसान कौन है। वह अपने बच्चे की ओर इशारा करेगी। बच्चे से भी यही सवाल पूछो। वह अपनी माँ की ओर इशारा करेगा। जितना अधिक आप अपने भीतर के सूर्य को महसूस करेंगे, उतना ही आपका चेहरा चमकेगा। जितना अधिक आप उससे दूरी बनाएंगे, उतना ही अधिक आप पीड़ित होंगे।”

अलिफ़ ने एक माँ से पूछा, “भगवान अक्सर लोगों को बिना शरीर के या कुछ को विकलांग बना देते हैं। कुछ अपनी माँ के गर्भ में ही मर जाते हैं। ऐसा क्यों होता है? मेरे कर्म मुझे फल देते हैं।” माँ ने पूछा, “भगवान हमें दंड देते हैं?” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “वह हमें सज़ा नहीं देता। अगर मैं माफ़ी मांगता हूँ, तो मेरे सारे कर्म शून्य हो जाते हैं और, मुझे उसका फल भोगने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जाता। आप अपने बच्चों को सज़ा देते हैं क्योंकि वे गलत काम करते हैं। इसी तरह, ईश्वर आपका दुश्मन नहीं है। वह हमें माँ से सत्तर गुना ज़्यादा प्यार करता है।”

एक व्यक्ति ने कहा, “यह वह भूमि है जहाँ बुद्ध ने आत्म-साक्षात्कार प्राप्त किया और हमारे जैसे दुखी लोग रहते हैं।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “आप अपनी शक्ति को बुद्ध के रूप में क्यों नहीं पहचानते? आपको खुद को दोष नहीं देना चाहिए। आप पृथ्वी पर सबसे सुंदर व्यक्ति हैं। कभी दूसरों को कम मत समझिए। ईश्वर की इच्छा में आनंदित रहें। वर्तमान क्षण में रहें।” व्यक्ति को एहसास हुआ।

एक माँ ने कहा, “मैंने सीखा है कि अगर हम अपने मन में ईश्वर को नहीं रखते हैं, तो आंतरिक सुंदरता प्रकट होती है।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “हमें ईश्वर पर भरोसा रखना चाहिए, सिर्फ़ यह नहीं सोचना चाहिए कि ईश्वर है। मैं तुम्हें छोटी-सी गलती के लिए डाँटती हूँ। लेकिन, अगर तुम अपना मन आत्मा पर लगाओगे, तो तुम आनंदित हो जाओगे। तुम वही बन जाओगे जो तुम हो। ईश्वर तुम्हारे मन में रहता है। ईश्वर सुंदर है। इसलिए, तुम सुंदर हो।”

एक माँ ने कहा, “जब लड़के ने कहानी सुनाई, तो मुझे लगा कि यह एक बुरी कहानी है। जब से हम तुमसे मिले हैं, हमें हर चीज़ में अच्छाई नज़र आने लगी है। जब हम सब कुछ ईश्वर की नज़र से देखते हैं, तो सब कुछ अच्छा होता है।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “मेरी नज़र से देखो। ईश्वर ने सब कुछ बनाया है और इसलिए सब कुछ सुंदर है।”

एक माँ ने कहा, “आज की कहानी सबसे अच्छी थी क्योंकि इसने मुझे सार्वजनिक रूप से यह दावा करने का मंच दिया कि मैं ग्रह पर सबसे सुंदर महिला हूँ। मुझे पता था कि मैं आत्मा की वजह से सबसे सुंदर हूँ। लेकिन, जब मैंने दुनिया से बातचीत की, जिसने मेरे बाहरी रूप के आधार पर मेरे साथ व्यवहार किया, तो मैं भ्रमित हो गई। लेकिन, मैं तुमसे मिली, जो मेरे दर्पण की तरह व्यवहार करते थे, और इसने मुझे यह एहसास दिलाने में मदद की कि मैं सबसे सुंदर हूँ।”

एक माँ ने कहा, “मेरा बेटा भी मुझसे यही सवाल पूछ रहा था। अब मुझे जवाब मिल गया।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “ईश्वर हम सबके भीतर है, और उसने हमें समान रूप से सुंदर बनाया है। कुछ लोगों में अंग नहीं होते, कुछ में उचित ऊँचाई या वज़न नहीं होता। क्यों? अगर मैं सेब का बीज बोऊँगी, तो सेब ही काटूँगी। मैंने जो बोया है, वही काटूँगी। चूँकि मुझे अपना अतीत नहीं पता, इसलिए मैं ईश्वर से शिकायत करती हूँ कि उसने मुझे विकृत बना दिया है। फिर, मैं अपना पूरा जीवन शिकायत और दुख में बिताती हूँ… लेकिन, मैं धरती पर सबसे सुंदर इंसान हूँ क्योंकि ईश्वर मेरे भीतर है। अगर हम आनंदित हैं, तो हम हर जगह अच्छाई देखते हैं और इसके विपरीत भी सच है। अगर हम अच्छे या बुरे से दूर रहते हैं, तो हम आनंदित हो जाते हैं। पृथ्वी सबसे सुंदर जगह है और मनुष्य को सृष्टि का रत्न कहा जाता है।”

एक महिला ने कहा, “क्या मैं बता सकती हूँ कि मैंने क्या महसूस किया?” अलिफ़ ने मुस्कुराते हुए कहा, “प्रतिक्रिया में धोखा मत करो। खुलकर बोलो।” महिला बोली, “कौन है यह भगवान जिसने इस ग्रह को बनाया है? फिर हम देखेंगे कि कौन अच्छा है और कौन बुरा। हमें अपने मन में किसे रखना चाहिए?” अलिफ़ ने खिलखिलाकर पूछा, “क्या तुमने किसी को अपने दिल में नहीं रखा?” उसने जवाब दिया, “हाँ, मैंने आप को रखा है।” अलिफ़ ने पूछा, “क्या मैं सुंदर नहीं हूँ?” उसने कहा, “हाँ, आप सुंदर हो। लेकिन, ….” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “तुम तर्क से सोचो। तुम मुझे अपनी आँखों से देखते हो, तुम मुझे अपने हाथों से महसूस करते हो, तुम मुझे अपने कानों से सुनते हो। तुमने देखा है कि मैं खाती हूँ, पीती हूँ, मल-मूत्र त्यागती हूँ, यहाँ तक कि डाँटती हूँ, सोती हूँ, और एक साधारण इंसान की तरह सभी क्रियाएँ करती हूँ। फिर, तुम सोचती हो, ‘मैं उसका सम्मान क्यों करूँ?'” उसने सिर हिलाया और कहा, “मैं कैसे अंतर महसूस करूँगी?” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “मुझे या किसी और रूप को अपने दिल में मत रखना। अगर तुम अभी कोशिश करोगे, तो तुम भ्रमित हो जाओगे। बाद में, मैं तुम्हारे दिल में बैठूँगा। देखो और देखो कि तुम्हारा दिल धड़क रहा है। कोई मजबूत चीज़ इसे धड़का रही है। उस ‘कुछ’ को अपने दिमाग में रखो। निराकार ही मैं हूँ। रूप को नाम मत दो। बस आत्मा के लिए आत्मा से प्यार करो। मैं तुमसे शारीरिक रूप से दूर हूँ, और जब भी तुम्हें मेरी ज़रूरत होगी, हम संवाद कर सकते हैं; मोबाइल फोन के बिना भी, तुम मुझे देख सकते हो या तुम्हें जवाब मिल सकता है। लेकिन, चूँकि हम सीमित हैं, इसलिए हम इसे अपनी सीमित कसौटी के ज़रिए परखते हैं। मैं अल्लाह को कोई रूप नहीं देता, लेकिन मैं उससे प्यार करता हूँ। वह कुछ भी नहीं, बल्कि सब कुछ है। मैं उससे पूरी तरह प्यार करता हूँ। बस निराकार से प्यार करो और उससे सत्य का एहसास कराने के लिए कहो। कबीर दास जी ने कहा, ‘रूप मेरी माँ है और निराकार मेरा पिता है।’ दोनों सही हैं, लेकिन अभी तुम रूप को नहीं समझ रहे हो। सिर्फ़ एक दिन के लिए निराकार के साथ जियो और फिर देखो। मुस्कुराओ। यह तुम्हारे भीतर है और यह तुम्हारे माध्यम से इसे प्राप्त करेगा।” महिला ने कहा, “हाँ, मैं आपकी बात से सहमत हूँ। लेकिन, मैं यह कह रही हूँ, लेकिन क्या यह ऐसा करेगा?” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “लेकिन अगर यह अस्तित्व में नहीं होता, तो आपका दिल धड़क नहीं सकता था। आप भोजन तैयार करते हैं, भोजन चबाते हैं और उसे निगलते हैं। क्या आप इसे पचा सकते हैं, अवशोषित कर सकते हैं या आत्मसात कर सकते हैं? आप मलत्याग को भी नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं। लेकिन, क्या आप अपने भोजन से अपशिष्ट तैयार कर सकते हैं? यह आपके हाथ में नहीं है। आप इसके अस्तित्व को नकार नहीं सकते। भले ही आप नास्तिक हों, आप अपने अस्तित्व को नकार नहीं सकते। आपने अपने दादा को खो दिया। मृत्यु से पहले और बाद में भौतिक रूप मौजूद था। क्या बदल गया?” उसने उत्तर दिया, “शरीर से ऊर्जा निकल गई।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “ऊर्जा अब मेरे भीतर है। है न? तो इसे महसूस करो।” वह सहमत हुई और बोली, “एक इंसान के रूप में, हम एक रूप से वैसे ही प्यार करते हैं जैसे हम अपनी माँ से करते हैं। हालाँकि यह लगाव में निहित प्रेम है, यह प्रेम है। लेकिन, अब मैंने सीखा है कि ऊर्जा मेरे भीतर है और मुझे उस ऊर्जा से जुड़ने की ज़रूरत है, बिना रूप दिए।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “ऊर्जा वातावरण में नमी के समान है जिसे आप नहीं देख सकते। लोग हवा में सापेक्ष आर्द्रता का आकलन करते हैं। जैसे-जैसे तापमान कम होता है, आप अपनी खिड़की के शीशे पर पानी की बूंदें देखते हैं। जैसे-जैसे तापमान और भी कम होता है, आप बर्फ के दरांती देखते हैं और आप इसे अपने हाथों में पकड़ सकते हैं। जैसे-जैसे प्रेम अधिक से अधिक प्रकट होता है, तरलता प्रकट होगी। जैसे-जैसे पूर्ण प्रेम प्रकट होगा, आप उसे अपने हाथों से खिलाने में सक्षम होंगे। मैं इस धारणा को फिर से दोहरा रहा हूँ। भौतिक रूप से प्यार मत करो, क्योंकि मैं कभी भी आपकी अपेक्षाओं को पूरा नहीं कर पाऊँगा। मेरा एक सीमित रूप है और मैं इस सीमित रूप में मदद नहीं कर सकता। उस सार से प्यार करो जिसे मैंने महसूस किया है, वही जो तुम्हारे भीतर है। मैं तुम्हें तर्क के साधनों से समझा रहा हूँ। इस समय, तुम आध्यात्मिक हो गए हो क्योंकि तुमने इस सीमा तक अभ्यास किया है कि तुम इस मण्डली के सामने ईश्वर के अस्तित्व को नकार सकते हो। ला इला हा  कोई ईश्वर नहीं है, इल्लल्लाह, लेकिन अल्लाह है। फिर, मोहम्मद ए रसूल्लाह, इसका मतलब है कि एक गुरु तुम्हारा मार्गदर्शन करने आता है। केवल माँ कहती है कि ईश्वर मौजूद है और तुम उस पर विश्वास करते हो, यह यह सच नहीं है। अगर आपको ऐसा महसूस नहीं होता और आप इसका विरोध करते हैं, तो यह सबसे अच्छा है। जब तक आप उसकी मौजूदगी का विरोध नहीं करेंगे, वह आपको दिखाई नहीं देगा। भक्ति और प्रेम आसानी से नहीं मिलते। सबसे पहले, आपको पूरी लगन से इसके लिए काम करना होगा। आपने अभ्यास किया, और फिर सवाल उठा। अगर आप इसे देख या महसूस नहीं कर सकते तो आप इसे कैसे प्यार कर सकते हैं? लेकिन फिर भी, कुछ ऐसा है जो आपको जीवित रखता है। आपको अपनी पूरी ऊर्जा के साथ उस चीज़ से प्यार करना होगा। बाहरी चीज़ों के लिए आप जो ऊर्जा दैवीय ऊर्जा से निकालते हैं, उसे वापस उस ऊर्जा से प्यार करने में लगाएँ।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “क्या आप इसे ठीक से समझ पा रहे हैं?” महिला ने कहा, “हाँ, लेकिन मुझे इसे फिर से सुनना होगा।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “आप सूरज के जितना करीब जाएंगे, आपको उतनी ही जलन महसूस होगी, और इसके विपरीत। हम आत्मा को सूर्य के रूप में दर्शाते हैं। आप पूछेंगे, क्या मैं सूर्य की किरणों से नहीं जलूँगा?’। जैसे-जैसे आप आत्मा के करीब जाते हैं, आपका ‘मैं’ गायब हो जाता है। हमने शिव लिंग को एक रूप दिया है, जो निर्गुण निराकार है। यह सभी ऊर्जा का स्रोत है। शिव के शरीर पर जो राख है, वह हमारे मन की है जब उसे जलाया जाता है। आप वहां पहुंच गए हैं, इसलिए आप इसे सुन सकते हैं। लेकिन वह बनने के लिए, एक बाधा है, और वह है आपकी अपनी पहचान खोने का डर। यदि आप आत्मा हैं और बाकी सभी आत्मान हैं, तो आप बाहरी दुनिया के साथ कैसे बातचीत करेंगे? बहुत सारे सवाल आएंगे। इस मामले में, आप अपनी पहचान नहीं खोते हैं; आप वही बन जाते हैं जो आप हैं।

एक लड़के ने पूछा, “एक व्यक्ति जिसने असीमित आत्मा (दिव्य आत्मा) को महसूस किया है। उस व्यक्ति का शरीर असीमित हो जाएगा। एक आत्मसाक्षात्कार करने वाले व्यक्ति के भौतिक आत्म से प्यार करना गलत क्यों है?” अलिफ़ ने समझाया, “समस्या उस व्यक्ति के लिए नहीं है जो इसे असीमित आत्मा के रूप में प्यार करता है। लेकिन जो इसे सीमित आत्मा के रूप में देखता है, वह शरीर से जुड़ जाएगा। मानव शरीर एक दिन दुनिया छोड़ देगा और आसक्ति के कारण आसक्ति वाला व्यक्ति पीड़ित होगा। अंततः, आपको आत्मा पर निर्भर होना ही होगा।”

एक महिला ने कहा, “आज मैंने सीखा है कि ईश्वर प्रेम है, और उसने हर चीज़ को प्रेम करने योग्य बनाया है। सब कुछ प्रेम है। केवल प्रेम ही है, लेकिन मेरे मन के मेरे साथ खेल खेलने के कारण, मैं उस प्रेम को देखने में असमर्थ हूँ।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “मैं उस प्रेम को देख सकता हूँ, और आप भी इसे देखेंगे।” महिला ने कहा, “यह केवल समर्पण से ही होगा। मैं लोगों को उनकी विशेषताओं के आधार पर अलग करता हूँ, लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि समर्पण से यह दूर हो सकता है।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं है। जब आप समर्पण करते हैं, तो स्वीकृति आती है, और एक बार स्वीकृति हो जाने पर, सब कुछ अच्छा हो जाता है।” महिला ने कहा, “पहले, मुझे सभी का सम्मान करना होगा, और फिर मुझे लगता है कि प्रेम अपने आप आ जाएगा।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “खुद का सम्मान करें और प्यार करें। अपने आप, आप सभी से प्यार करने लगेंगे। समस्या यह है कि हम खुद का (आत्मा का) सम्मान नहीं करते हैं। आत्मा से प्यार करें और उसका सम्मान करें।”

अलिफ़ ने एक महिला से कहा, “अपने नाम के आगे प्रत्यय मत लगाओ। जैसे डॉक्टर, शिक्षक या कोई और पद। अगर तुम इन्हें अपने नाम के साथ नहीं जोड़ोगी तो तुम आनंद में रहोगी।”

एक महिला ने कहा, “पहले पूछे गए प्रश्नों से सारी शंकाएँ दूर हो गईं। ईश्वर ने जो कुछ भी बनाया है, वह सुंदर है। हम अपने विचारों के माध्यम से अतीत और भविष्य में जाकर दुःख भोगते हैं। जैसा कि शुरू में बताया गया है, हमें अपने भीतर के सूर्य को प्रज्वलित करना है।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “क्या मैं तुमसे कुछ पूछ सकता हूँ? अगर मैं तुमसे पूछूँ तो क्या तुम्हें बुरा लगेगा?” महिला ने कहा, “नहीं, मुझे बुरा नहीं लगेगा।” अलिफ़ ने पूछा, “अभी भी तुम्हारे भीतर छुआछूत की भावना मौजूद है?” महिला ने उत्तर दिया, “निन्यानबे प्रतिशत नहीं है, लेकिन फिर भी एक प्रतिशत है।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “जब तक यह पूरी तरह से खत्म नहीं हो जाता, तब तक तुम खुद को महसूस नहीं कर पाओगे। वही ऊर्जा जो तुम्हारे भीतर है, वही उनमें भी है। मीरा जी के गुरु अन्य लोगों के दृष्टिकोण से अछूत थे। लेकिन उन्होंने ईश्वर को पाया और मीरा बाई के गुरु बन गए। उन्होंने मीरा को भी अपना एहसास कराया।” महिला ने कहा, “मुझे उन पर दया आती है।” अलिफ़ ने कहा, “दया ठीक है, लेकिन उन्हें भीतर से अछूत मत समझो। तुम भी उनके जैसे ही हो। ब्रह्मांड में जो कुछ भी है, वह तुम्हारे अंदर है। तो वह भी तुम्हारा है। वसुदेव कुटुम्ब काम। जब तुम उस स्तर पर पहुंचोगे, तो तुम्हें खुद का एहसास होगा। तुम आज यहां आकर उस स्तर पर पहुंच गए हो जहां तुम इसके बारे में बात करने से नाराज नहीं हो रहे हो। तुम अंतिम मंजिल तक भी पहुंच जाओगे। हर कोई किसी न किसी तरह से पक्षपाती है। ईश्वर के अलावा कोई भी निष्पक्ष नहीं है। जब भाव शुद्ध हो जाता है, तो भेद दूर हो जाता है। भेद और भाव जुड़ जाते हैं। जैसे-जैसे भाव बढ़ता है, भेद घटता है, और इसके विपरीत।
