Is this kind of posture building or rather remaining stuck to a place meditation?
Reminiscence of the Divine as the doer is meditation. Awareness is meditation.
We do not remember this notion every moment. When we sit for some time and surrender at the Divine feet and initiate the practice, we begin recalling the above-mentioned notion, several times a day. Sitting in a particular posture without distractions makes us observe our breaths. The best time to do the same is in the dawn and the dusk. The cosmos unfolds its concealed energies during these intervals. If we wake up and try to access the same, we can feel His presence deeply. When we light a lamp at dusk, we should remember the light of Allah.
We may think that we are happy with our ‘I’, we run behind the futile. It yields nothing, except weeds. The Eternal love and happiness are best. Once we find It, nothing remains worthy to be realized. The Name is greater than Lord Himself. The source of breaths should be in our remembrance. He is always with us, He loves us more than seventy times a mother’s love.
We should ask for forgiveness and even forgive others, before going to bed. We do not know if we will be alive tomorrow. Keeping the net exchanges zero on the planet and even in the other worlds is meditation.
